In compliance with Article 13 section (1) and (2) of the (EU) Regulation number 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (Official Journal of the European Union L 119/1 of 04.05.2016), hereinafter referred to as “RODO”, I hereby inform you that:

  1. The administrator of the data is the Natural Heritage Foundation based in Nowosiółki Dydyńskie 4, 37-743 Fredropol, entered into the National Court Register under the number: 0000305072, for which the registration files are kept by the District Court in Rzeszów, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, NIP: 9522047732, REGON: 141415140; contact with the Administrator may be made via the correspondence address of the Foundation’s office at ul. Mickiewicza 44 premises 5, 37-700 Przemyśl or via the e-mail address: biuro@przyrodnicze.org
  2. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of keeping accounting books and tax records, on the basis of Article 6 section (1) letter (c) of the RODO in connection with Article 74 of the Act of 29 September 1994 on accountancy and in connection with Article 18 of the Act of 15 February 1992 on corporate income tax (CIT) and Article 26 section (9) of the Act of 26 July 1991 on personal income tax (PIT);
  3. If you give your separate consent to the use of your e-mail address in order to receive the newsletter, your personal data within the scope of: the e-mail and name, will also be processed in connection with the performance of the agreement to subscribe to the newsletter art. 6 sec. 1 letter b of RODO and in order to fulfil the Administrator’s legitimate interest in self-marketing, which includes information campaigns and announcements deemed by the Administrator to be useful for the subscriber, art. 6 sec. 1 letter f of RODO
  4. In connection with the performance of the donation agreement, the Administrator may process the following categories of your personal data: name and surname, address data, bank account number or identifier of the electronic payment operator, other data included in the payment title or “direct debit generator”; moreover, your personal data will be provided to the Administrator by banks or electronic payment operators with whom the Administrator concluded agreements to provide banking services or other electronic payments at the time of making the payment; Personal data, i.e. telephone number or e-mail may be required by electronic payment operators and within this scope are necessary to perform the agreement.
  5. Your personal data will be received only by entities authorized to obtain personal data on the basis of separate legal regulations, authorized Administrator?s employees/co-workers, entities cooperating with the Administrator, technical and organisational service providers, including electronic payment operators;
  6. Your personal data will not be transferred to recipients in a third country or international organisation for which an adequate level of protection has not been established by the European Commission;
  7. Your personal data will be kept for the period of keeping accounting and tax records resulting from the legal regulations, and in the case of data being processed on the basis of a consent, until its revocation, provided that the obligation to process them does not result from separate regulations;
  8. You have the right to have an access to the content of your data and the right to rectify, erase, limit processing, the right to transfer the data, the right to object, the right to withdraw the consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing which was carried out on the basis of a consent before its withdrawal;
  9. You have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority – the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, if you believe that the processing of your personal data by the Administrator violates the regulations;
  10. Providing personal data covered by a separate consent is voluntary, but failure to provide such data will prevent us from achieving the purpose mentioned above;
  11. You will not be subject to automated decisions (decisions without human intervention), including the fact that your data will not be subject to profiling.
